Client’s Need: They had a hard, non-negotiated deadline in order to debut an up and coming movie release.

Our Response: Due to the complexity and very intense construction schedule, it required extremely clear communication and teamwork between all trades, the client and mall owner.

Scope:  Repurpose an existing mall food court to a multi-plex movie theater. Work included removing the food court roof and skylights to achieve the required ceiling height to accommodate a 24’H x 63’W movie screen in their new Encore movie theatre, a large concession area, restrooms, 2 movie theatres with sloped concrete floors and hallways, catwalks, extensive sound barriers, state of the art seating and finishes.
