Client’s Need: Provide a resource center that is economical, functional, and institutional yet inviting, and can service the community for years to come.
Our Response: Worked with local contractors to request gift-in-kind service work and assist architect with value engineering to provide a high quality facility within client’s budget.
Scope: Site work, steel and masonry building, fire protection, (5) roof top units, fully equipped training kitchen, classrooms, daycare center, LVT, carpet and polished concrete floors throughout.
