Client’s Need: Demolish approx. 8,000 sf of retail space in the middle section of the mall to create greenspace and access to the apartment units behind the center.
Our Response: Renovation included extensive repairs to the front and back of 22 tenant spaces before constructing new facades. Stores remained open for business during the 20 week renovation
Scope: Demolition, EIFS, stucco, Nichiha wall panels, Vesta siding, canopies, paint, landscaping.
