Construction period:  17 weeks in 3 phases

Type:  Refresh existing facility (2 floors consisting of pharmacy, medical, dental, billing department, call center, nurse’s stations, administrative offices, conference rooms and a training room)  

Client’s Need:  Update the entire interior and replace exterior sidewalk – with minimal disruption to the patients and staff.

Our Response:  We met with all of the department heads to learn their high/low patient volume to create an effective/efficient construction schedule. Adhered to workforce confidentiality restrictions, and worked successfully in highly secure areas and under/around cubicles during hours of operation.  

Scope:  Installed new LVT, carpet, porcelain and vinyl cove base throughout, painted all walls, doors and frames, replaced 270 lights with LED flat panels, lifted a highly sensitive and precision drug dispensing machine to replace flooring, constructed new walls to create privacy, installed new automatic sliding glass doors on interior entrance, upgraded the front desk area and removed and re-poured new concrete sidewalk.
