Scope: Redevelop an existing 38,000 sf former grocery store into a community church which included a 637 seat sanctuary with 40’ LED wall, state of the art A/V package, full live stream capability; 7 classrooms to accommodate ages from Nursery through 6th Grade, and 115 seat youth multi purpose room.
Clients Need: Value engineer/design build a community church in 3 phases to accommodate limited and seasonal budget.
Response: Design built +/- 15% below budgeted church concept
