Client’s Need:  to remain in their existing prime downtown location but expand offices in an already land locked property.    

Our Response:  Reinforce the 100-year-old building to accommodate a second story to include 5 new offices, restroom, kitchenette and outdoor entertainment patio.

Scope:  Pour foundation pads in basement floor, erect structural steel to support a 1,000 sf second story onto a 100-year-old building.  Existing Main Floor: New open stair & rail system, retractable glass conference room wall, glass office walls & doors, flooring, fireplace, kitchen, 2 ADA restrooms.  New Second Floor:  All new walls, ceilings, glass walls & doors, HVAC, electrical, 1 restroom, kitchenette, and leveling pads for new patio.
