Client’s Need:  To expand their already high-demand assisted living facility to accommodate those who are self sufficient but prefer to live in a community setting.

Our Response:  We assisted the client and architect with extensive communication and coordination between local & state building officials and regulatory affairs departments concerning the use and compliances required.

Scope:  7,540 SF addition to an existing assisted living facility.  The addition included 7 apartments with fully furnished kitchen, 1 & 2 bedrooms, ADA restroom with walk-in shower and living space; a central community space, multi washer/dryer room, exercise room, and a private apartment and garage for the owner.
